¢¹ Komet DMI Korea (Brasseler GmbH, Brasseler USA, etc.)

Komet DMI Korea imports and distributes Rotary instruments such as carbide and diamond burs brand named "KOMET" which is manufactured by Gebr.Brasseler in Germany.
Komet burs has been the representative product of Shinwon since the foundation of the company. It is now taking over more than 50% of the domestic bur market with its innovative new products and it's high quality. Brasseler has been established by Peter Brasseler in 1923. They have supplied their customers not by specialized dealers in Germany, but directly.
This distribution system offered many advantages for manufacturer and users and also affected their motto which is "Innovation, Precision and Safety" .GEBR. BRASSELER enjoys the highest reputation as future-oriented enterprise in more than 120 countries.
Komet DMI Korea is small but with the efficient working system it's sales is taking over more than 20% of the company.
Further more, in year 2003, we are planning to supply products of Komet Medical which is a division of Gebr. Brasseler GmbH & Co. KG to the areas of orthopedic, E.N.T, neuro as well as hand, foot and jaw surgery.
Our another ambitious project in the new year is to launch oral care products of GABA International in Swiss which are toothpastes, mouth rinse, and fluoride ointment.., We will also strive to empower and educate in the oral care system .

¢¹ Cavex/Coltene team (Cavex, Coltene/Whaledent, Kyocera, D+Z, etc.)

Cavex/Coltene team is in charge of importing dental products ranging from basic dental materials and equipment to magnetic attachment, and implants from abroad; Coltene/Whaledent, Coltene AG in Switzerland and Kyocera in Japan and supplying them to domestic dental market. The representative products are ParaPost System, President MicroSystem, Synergy, UC Ultra-sonic Cleaner, Pindex System, POI System and so on.
Cavex/Coltene team persues customers' satisfaction as the first priority and by fulfilling the mission, each member of the team intend to meet individual accomplishment and dedicate to our own company and further contribute greatly to the development of domestic dental industry.
Cavex/Coltene team will do our best to provide updated information for customers on time through positive publicity and sales promotion such as seminars, exhibition, advertisement, internet, etc.

Magfit team is
responsible for magnetic attachments, gold alloy and local anesthetics. We try to offer not only products
but also good service in order to respond to the requirements
and wishes of our customers through active sales promotion

dental equipments, for example Dental treatment unit &
chair, Dental handpiece etc.
Our team consists of After sales service part and Sales part as well. Now we are proud that we are one of the leading companies and offer best service to the customers in Korean dental market. The reason is as belows.
We have constantly learned the advanced high technology by visiting the manufacturer's factory for education and contacting the engineers. We have attended the domestic and foreign exhibition to understand the latest trend in the international dental market.

Motto of Management administration team is to systematically and comprehensively assist the teams to ultimately enforce the competitiveness and develop the working environment of the company. Under this philosophy, they are striving to raise Shinwon Dental parallel to the big worldwide companies.
This team is divided into two teams which is financing team and advertising team.
Financing division manages the accounting , performance ratings and business analysis. They estimates the budget and investment to secure the funds its flow smoothly.
Furthermore, they develop training programs in order to motivate and develop the skills of the staffs. With the idea of "optimized support", they regularly analyze and monitor the financial status and relocate the resources of the company.
Advertising division captures the needs of each team through diverse ways of communication and tries to maintain corporate identity.
Management administration team always listens carefully to every each one of the staffs in order to make a better place to work.

¢¹ Logistic team (Logistics & Customer Service) |
Logistic team takes orders from dental clinics, wholesalers, dental labs and handles the storage and delivery of more than 10 thousand dental instruments and materials.
One should have profound knowledge of the products as they need to meet the customer's needs when they take orders. Therefore, they will receive internal and external product training continuously. They would also have a wide and fast grasp of the dental market trend as they have close and intimate relationship with the wholesaler/retailers nation wide. One will be provided with the environment to grow as a multiplayer through this wide network and knowledge of products.
Logistic team is the "face" of Shinwon as making the good image by taking orders with always kind and aggressive attitude in order to give the prompt and accurate delivery service.

We promote the dental products that we import by advertising through the newspapers or magazines such as KDA, SeminarReview, KDM, QDT. Through seminars or hands-on courses, we try to promote our products as well as give the good chance for dental technicians
or dentists to obtain the new trend of dentistry. For some promotions, we bring them to our partners in abroad and give good chance to join the training courses.
Another way of promotion of our products is that we send the direct mail that introduces new items or offers the special price to customers. In addition, staff in the office as well as salespeople responds to every customer's demand promptly.
